Frequently Asked Questions: Login Help
We create a seamless login experience by installing temporary “cookies” on your internet browser. These cookies are set to expire 30 days after the last time you visited our site. If you haven’t visited us in a while, or you’ve cleared your cookies, you’ll be prompted to re-login the next time you visit our site. After logging in, your data will be saved for another 30 days.
Your username is the company email address you used to register with us initially. If you forgot your password, please click here to reset it.
If you find that you have to log in each time you visit your website, it may be an issue with “cookies”. Follow your web browser’s instructions to accept cookies from our website. In addition, if you typically delete your browsing history every time you exit your web browser, this feature will also need to be disabled.
Keep in mind: Your organization may not permit their employees to adjust their web browser’s settings. Please contact your IT department if you suspect this might be the case.
Please check your Junk/SPAM folder to make sure the reset email wasn’t sent there. If you haven’t received an email from us within 15 minutes, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
